No Guarantees on Information

Dynamic Pricing and Modifications

If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, our sole liability will be to issue a refund to your original payment method.

FLAEVARA™ SELLS COSMETIC PRODUCTS, NOT MEDICAL TREATMENTS.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, hair loss condition, or medical issue.

  • Any claims or testimonials regarding hair growth, skin improvement, or cosmetic benefits are anecdotal and do not constitute a guarantee of results. Your individual results may and will vary.

  • You assume 100% of the risk regarding the efficacy, suitability, and potential adverse reactions (including allergies, burns, or hair damage) associated with our products.

  • You agree to perform a patch test prior to full use. Flaevara™ disclaims all liability for any allergic reactions or medical complications.

5. Return and Refund Policy Enforcement

All purchases are strictly subject to our Return & Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to all limitations, 14-day deadlines, non-returnable hygiene clauses, return shipping obligations, and restocking fees outlined in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.flaevara.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product formulations, and software, is the exclusive property of Flaevara™ and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation of our content is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate legal action and demands for maximum statutory damages.

7. Surrender of User Content Rights

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, or any other content to us (whether via the website, email, or social media), you automatically grant Flaevara™ a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and fully transferable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content for any commercial purpose (including advertising), without any compensation or notification to you.

Under no circumstances shall Flaevara™’s aggregate liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the exact total amount paid by you to Flaevara™ for the specific product in dispute.

10. Dispute Resolution: Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain for the resolution of any disputes not subject to the arbitration clause above.
