Return & Refund Policy

At Flaevara™, we maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our clinical cosmetic products. To protect the integrity of our inventory and the safety of our customers, we enforce a strict return policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

14-Day Return Window

We accept returns for eligible items within 90 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at contactsupport@flaevara.com to obtain an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted, returned to you, or refunded.

Strict Eligibility & Hygiene Requirements

Because our copper peptide serum is a personal-care cosmetic product, we strictly adhere to health and safety regulations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

  • The product must be unopened, completely unused, and in its original condition.

  • All original factory safety seals, shrink wrap, and packaging must be 100% intact and untampered with.

  • You must provide the original receipt or valid proof of purchase.

If a product has been opened, unsealed, or used in any capacity, the return will be immediately rejected for hygiene reasons, and no refund will be issued. Flaevara™ reserves the sole right to determine if an item meets these conditions upon inspection.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

If your return is authorized, you are strictly responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Furthermore, all approved returns are subject to the following deductions:

  • Original Shipping Costs: The shipping fee you paid when placing the initial order is strictly non-refundable. If you received "Free Shipping," the actual cost incurred by Flaevara™ to ship the item will be deducted from your refund.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for all returned orders.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and ineligible for refunds:

  • Any opened, unsealed, or used products.

  • Sale items, discounted items, or items purchased using a promotional discount code.

  • Product bundles or subscription orders.

  • Gift cards.

  • Return requests submitted after the 14-day window has expired.

Damages, Defects, or Order Errors

We thoroughly inspect all orders before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it to us at contactsupport@flaevara.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Your claim must include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographic and video evidence of the damaged product.

  • Clear photos of the shipping box and all original packaging materials.

Claims made after the 48-hour window, or without sufficient evidence, will be denied. Flaevara™ reserves the right to issue a replacement rather than a refund for damaged goods.

Inspection and Refund Process

Once your return is received at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund (minus original shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your bank to process and post the funds.

  • If rejected: If the item is found to be opened, used, or damaged, no refund will be issued. The item will be disposed of, or it can be shipped back to you strictly at your own expense.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Flaevara™ has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. By purchasing from our website, you agree to our policies. Any unmerited chargebacks filed through your bank or credit card company will be heavily contested using your IP address, tracking delivery confirmation, and order history, and may result in a permanent ban from our store.
